Joe Biba
Founder & CEO
Born and raised in southwest Wisconsin, Joe was a dairy farmer until age 30. He then started his own construction company - specializing in remodelling and new home construction. Joe is also a licensed real estate agent with experience managing rental properties.
A proud father who enjoys spending time with his family, especially hunting with his son, Joe is a leader in the community of Cuba City.
He founded the non-profit organization, Creators of Hope, in 2015. This is where his passion and purpose lies, creating positive impact by building homes for people in need. Always with a smile and a hug when needed, to renew hope in everyone he meets.
John Jackson
Sales Associate
Having graduated from University of Wisconsin -Platteville with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, John went on become a licensed real estate agent in the state of Wisconsin. Soon, John will be licensed in Iowa as well.
A man of many talents and interests, he plays piano, practices gymnastics, and enjoys time being with nature.
Cody Cahoon

Born and raised in Dodgeville, WI, Cody entrepreneur and philanthropist at heart. He is dedicated to helping others succeed with a passion for business and innovation.

Graduating in 2025 with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management, Cody's commitment is to guide clients through one of life’s biggest investments with honesty, expertise, and a focus on their unique housing needs.
Samantha Nelson
Lead Coordinator
Born and raised in Cuba City, WI, Samantha now lives and works in the Madison area. Her passions lie in spending time with my family, reading, running, and enjoying the outdoors.
Samantha's passions have taken her to UW Health, where she teaches Epic software. Her customer-centric focus is displayed in her ability to make customers feel safe to share their needs while also informed on how Midwest Home Sales can help them.
